In all cases, the warranties only apply if the Products are used in accordance with their intended purpose.

The warranties are automatically void if the Customer has attempted, at his/her own initiative, to alter the Products or engage in usage that is abnormal or contrary to their intended purpose.

As a reminder, the Product is intended exclusively for use on a sailboat winch involving hoisting sails.

The risk of loss of or damage to the Products or products connected to it is transferred to the Customer at the moment he/she or a designated third party takes ownership of the item in person. Any tax has been included in the price.
